Who we are

The game Star Squad: Alien Rush is operated by Kvoqa s. r. o., Na Revíne 2946/19, 831 01 Bratislava (“we”). Contact: hello@kvoqa.com.

Data we process

We only process what the game needs to work:

• A random player ID and your nickname – your game account and the weekly league leaderboards.
• Game progress (level, coins, upgrades, skins, achievements) – saving it and restoring it on another device.
• Run results (level, win or loss, aliens defeated, duration) – league points and cheat prevention.
• Your Google or Apple account identifier, only if you sign in – linking your progress to your account. We do not store your e-mail, name or password.
• Aggregated statistics (daily totals of runs and wins per level, ads watched, bonuses used) – balancing the game. Only totals are stored, never linked to a player.
• Advertising ID and device data – shown ads via Google AdMob, measurement and fraud prevention, governed by Google’s policies.

What we don’t access

The game does not access your location, contacts, photos or microphone.

Ads and consent

In the EU/EEA a consent form (Google User Messaging Platform) is shown on first launch, and you can change your choice any time in Settings → Privacy settings. On iOS the game asks for App Tracking Transparency permission; if you decline, ads are not personalised. Buying “Remove ads” turns off ads between levels.

Reminders

If you allow notifications, the game schedules local reminders on your device (daily reward, league ending, full mine). They are not sent from a server and can be switched off in Settings.

Legal basis

Providing the game, your account and the leagues (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), our legitimate interest in preventing cheating and improving the game (Art. 6(1)(f)), and your consent for personalised ads (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account exists. You can delete your account and all data linked to it right in the game: 👤 Account → Delete account. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the game’s access to your Apple ID.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR, and you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Slovakia: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR). Write to hello@kvoqa.com.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
