Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Kvoqa s. r. o., Na Revíne 2946/19, 831 01 Bratislava. You can reach us at hello@kvoqa.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we process your name, email address, company name (if provided) and the content of your message. If you allow analytics cookies, we also collect statistics about how the website is used (see below). We do not use advertising cookies.

Why we process it

We use this data only to answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle them and for a maximum of 3 years, unless a contract follows.

Analytics cookies

Only if you agree in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to understand how the website is used — which pages people visit, which buttons they click and whether the contact form was sent. It stores the cookies _ga and _ga_* (expiring after up to 2 years); Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. We keep statistics for 14 months. Google may process data in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Who processes it for us

Our hosting provider and email delivery provider process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. With your consent, Google Ireland Limited processes website statistics for us. Basic visit counts (pages viewed, country, browser type) are measured by Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies and without storing IP addresses, so no consent is needed for them (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in knowing how the website is used).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Slovakia: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).

Cookies?

We’d like to use Google Analytics to see which pages help people and which don’t. It only sets cookies if you agree. No ads, no selling data. Privacy policy
