Who we are
The game Pink Disaster (Slovak title: Ružová katastrofa) – the Android app and the web version – is made and operated by Kvoqa s. r. o., Na Revíne 2946/19, 831 01 Bratislava, company ID (IČO) 57 349 436 (“we”). We are the controller for any processing described here that we decide on. Contact: hello@kvoqa.com.
In short
You play without an account and without signing in. We, Kvoqa, do not collect or receive any personal data from the game, and the game contains no analytics. Ads in the Android app are provided by Google, which processes data under its own policies as described below.
Game progress stays on your device
Your progress – levels, stars, coins and settings (sound, language, etc.) – is saved only on your device: in the app’s storage on Android, or in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) in the web version. It is never sent to us. Uninstalling the app or clearing your browser’s site data deletes it, and we cannot restore it.
Ads in the Android app (Google AdMob)
The Android app shows ads through Google AdMob, provided in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). To show ads, limit how often you see them, prevent fraud and measure them, Google may collect and process:
- your device’s advertising ID,
- information about your device and the app (model, operating system, language, app version),
- your IP address, from which an approximate location can be derived,
- information about your interactions with ads (views, clicks).
Your consent to personalised ads
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the app shows Google’s consent dialog (User Messaging Platform) on first launch. Personalised ads are shown only if you consent; otherwise you see non-personalised ads, which still rely on the limited data above for frequency capping, fraud prevention and aggregated measurement. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the game’s settings. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings. More from Google:
Web version
The demo of the game on kvoqa.com shows no ads, has no analytics and stores your progress only in your browser. The web version published on the CrazyGames portal runs inside a portal operated by Maxflow BV (Belgium), which shows its own ads and processes data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy:
What we don’t access
The game does not ask for or use your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone, and it has no chat or user-generated content.
Legal basis
Personalised ads are based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting earlier processing. Non-personalised ads, which fund the free game, are based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Storing your progress on your own device does not involve any processing by us.
Children
The game is designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children. Ads in the app are configured to be suitable for families, and where it is signalled that a user is under the age of digital consent, Google shows only non-personalised ads.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. As we hold no personal data from the game, requests about ad data are best directed to Google (see the links above); we are glad to help – write to hello@kvoqa.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Slovakia it is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).

If the game changes in a way that affects your data (for example new features or ad partners), we will update this page and the date at the top.
